School Registration
Primary StreamSchools register to receive a comprehensive package and organize their own school bee. The top 3 students from each school bee advance directly to the national championship.
Individual Registration
Alternative StreamIndividual students register to compete in online regional qualifying bees. Top performers from each regional bee advance to the national championship.

School Administrator Registration
School administrator or designated teacher completes online registration form with school information and contact details.
Pay School Registration Fee
Complete payment through secure portal to unlock your school package and resources.
Receive School Package
Get comprehensive materials including word lists, organizing guide, and practice platform access for all students.
Organize School Bee
Conduct your school spelling bee using provided materials and guidelines.
Submit Top 3 Students
Register your top 3 students for the national championship competition.

Verify student meets age and grade requirements. Ideal for homeschooled students or those from non-participating schools.
Complete Individual Application
Submit student information, parent consent forms, and required documentation.
Pay Individual Registration Fee

Compete in Regional Bee
Participate in online regional qualifying round with other individual registrants.
Advance to Nationals (Top Performers)
Top percentage of regional performers receive invitation to national championship.

One-time fee per school per academic year
