1. General Information

1.1. All tuition-related fees must be paid by the due dates outlined in the schedule published on the CSSB website.

1.2. CSSB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses.

1.3. Incomplete/Fail: the final grade given to a student who has failed to meet course requirements.

1.4. No Show: a student who registers but does not attend, engage with content, or respond to reminders.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Tuition fees should be paid online using the CSSB registration system at the time of registration.

2.2. Discounts cannot be combined for course registration.

2.4. Fee deadlines are firm and strictly enforced.

2.6. Any fee refund will incur a $30 administration fee.

2.7. All courses can be refunded before the first lesson starts; otherwise, tuition is saved as credit for future use.

2.9. A full refund is provided if a course is cancelled by CSSB; the administration fee is waived.

2.10. No refunds for No Shows. 2.11. No refunds for Incomplete/Fail.

2.12. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

2.13. All credits expire after 12 months; please use credits accordingly.

Multi-Term Course Refund Policy

2.14. Three consecutive terms purchased at the start of the year total $599. Refunds are calculated per term ($369/term) minus the $30 admin fee.

Example: after 1 completed term, refund = $599 − $369 − $30 = $200. No refunds after 2+ completed terms.

2.15. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@canadaspellingbee.com and are processed within 10 business days of approval.
